Service Description
1-2-1 Training Supporting your Menstrual Cycle/Menopause/Women's health focused (Example Pelvic floor weakness only when ovulating) Did you know that you don't lose control of your bladder when you are sitting still but when you go to move, like standing up or about to sit down. Stop going for a "Just in case wee" (JIC) as it actually weakens your pelvic floor and instead learn how to improve your pelvic floor. Use it or lose it, if you don't let your bladder fill up, then your body will tell you it is full when it isn't.
Cancellation Policy
Please note, I have a 48-hour cancellation policy; if you were to cancel with less than 48hrs notice, you would still pay for the session.
