What a beautiful day! And what luck that today was the day that Pilates instructor and nutritionist Ruth Tongue invited me over to Wake Up Docklands (https://wakeupdocklands.com) for SUP Pilates. No I didn’t get that wrong – we were to be taking a Pilates lesson floating (hopefully) on paddle boards in the Thames.

I’m a huge fan of Pilates and try to get 15 minutes in every day, so this was a real treat, and a real challenge. Trying to get ‘Rolling Like a Ball’ right while staying on the board was a whole new challenge to my balance and proprioception – it was brilliant! And I didn’t fall in. This time.
