Anyone trying to get fit after a pregnancy knows it can feel a bit of an uphill battle, trying to get a regular training session in on top of everything else you’re having to deal with. But the rewards do come. My sister is hugely inspirational in this respect; I love this picture of her and her little boy – she really stuck to it to get back into shape after she had him, bringing him along to sessions if she had to. These days he’s happy to join in, making the whole thing a lot easier! Everything comes to those who wait (and persevere!).
